Shipping policy

We prepare and hand orders to the carrier within 2–3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

U.S. shipping

U.S. shipping is free on orders of $55 or more. Shipping charges for orders below $55 are shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before ordering. International delivery may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges set by the destination country; these are not included unless stated at checkout.

Delivery estimates & tracking

Delivery estimates are separate from our 2–3 business day processing period. They depend on your destination and the service selected at checkout. Carrier or customs delays can affect the arrival date. We email shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order ships.

Planning for a wedding, party or gift? Please allow time for both processing and delivery.

Need to correct an address?

Email contact@shimmerlovers.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correction. We will help where possible before shipment. Once an order has shipped, an address change may not be possible. If a parcel must be resent because the address supplied was incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply; we will confirm those charges with you first.
