Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying your shimmer. If it is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

What can be returned?

We accept new or gently tested products purchased directly from Shimmer Lovers. Products that are mostly used, emptied, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Please keep the original packaging where possible. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email contact@shimmerlovers.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before shipping anything.

Please send returns to this Fort Lauderdale address, not our business mailing address in Newark.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. For a missing item, a photo of the contents and packing slip is helpful. We will arrange a replacement or refund for a verified damaged, incorrect or missing item at no additional cost to you. We will not require you to pay return shipping for our error.

Sets and included gifts

For a full refund of a set, return its components and included gifts together. If only one item in a set arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can resolve that item individually. A set refund is based on the amount you paid for that set.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

These terms do not limit any rights that apply under consumer protection law.
